Urbanjoy offers the
cooperation with local partners to integrate social-& community-art
projects within the WHISPERHILL.
In
PARKTUIN Camerlingstraat - DELFT-NL the
first project BinnenWereldBuiten has been established.
BinnenWereldBuiten is a community-art project organized by 5eKwartier
in cooperation with local residents of the district Voordijkshoorn in
Delft.
The aim of the project was to bring people together again and to
strengthnen the social cohesion.
During this project
30.000 photo’s were assembled by the local residents and 5eKwartier,
than stitched together into two collages who depict two of its
residents: one of the younger members Mohamed and the other Jan, the
first living resident in that district.
The photos have been laminated into the parabolic wall and expresses
the project in an everlasting way.
